Rukmani Production began with a simple belief: a great look deserves to be captured just as beautifully as it's created. What started as bridal and party makeup has grown into a full production studio — makeup, photography and videography under one roof.
Every booking is treated with the same care, whether it's an intimate family function or a full multi-day wedding, based in and around Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.

On 14 February 2022, Payal Khatri was awarded the title of Miss Moomal at the Jaisalmer Desert Festival, felicitated by the Rajasthan Tourism Department and the District Administration, Jaisalmer. It was a moment that placed her, quite literally, in front of the camera — and it changed the way she thought about beauty, presentation and confidence.
That experience on stage — the pressure of getting a look exactly right, the discipline it takes to feel camera-ready under bright lights — is what eventually led her behind the makeup brush instead of in front of it.
Where the crown met the craft
Winning Miss Moomal opened doors, but it also revealed a deeper passion: the art of makeup itself — how the right technique can transform not just a face, but how a person feels walking into their biggest moments. Payal began training seriously in HD and bridal makeup soon after, turning what judges once praised on her into a skill she now offers to every client.
That's the philosophy behind Rukmani Production: makeup isn't just decoration, it's preparation — for a wedding, a stage, a camera, or simply a day you want to remember.

Building Rukmani Production
Today, Payal leads Rukmani Production as founder and lead artist — pairing her eye for HD and bridal makeup with a full production team for photography and videography, so every look she creates is also captured beautifully. She has since been felicitated at Republic Day community celebrations in Jaisalmer as well, recognised for her continued public presence and artistry.
Her approach with every client is the same one that got her through pageant week: consultation first, patience always, and a finished look that feels unmistakably like you — just camera-ready.
